1. Get a code
Ask the tutor for a guardian link, or ask the student to create a guardian code from their My tutors page.
Invite-only parent portal
Parents and guardians sign up with a code from a student or tutor.
This keeps lesson progress, tutor notes, student information, and payment summaries visible only to guardians who were invited into that relationship.
Guardians need an invite code
Parent and guardian accounts cannot be created from an open signup form. You need a code from the student or a tutor before registration will continue.
Tutor/student invite
A tutor can create a guardian link for one student and that tutor's lessons. Use the link or enter its code on the parent registration page.
Student guardian code
A student can create a guardian code from My tutors. That code connects a guardian to the student's current tutor relationships.
2. Register as parent
Open the link or paste the code on the parent registration page. Without a code, registration stays locked.
3. Review progress
After signup, your parent portal shows lesson reports, private notes, and payment status for the connected student.
